Nice balance of flavor, not overly sweet or bitter, the cream pairs nicely with the outside pastry

This cookie is surprisingly rich in matcha flavor. Unlike most "matcha" flavored cookies, this actually tastes more like matcha then sugar. it pairs well with hojicha tea
