How to Make a Delicious Hojicha Latte

Hot Hojicha Latte
Warm, aromatic, and gently roasted — perfect for a relaxing morning or evening drink.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp hojicha powder, about 2g
- 60 ml / 2 oz hot water, about 90°C / 194°F
- 150–200 ml / 5–7 oz milk, dairy or plant-based
- Sweetener to taste
Instructions
- Sift 1 tsp of hojicha powder into a bowl or cup.
- Add hot water and whisk or stir until smooth.
- Heat the milk and froth it to your preference.
- Pour the milk into the hojicha mixture and stir gently.
- Add sweetener if desired. Serve hot and enjoy.
Iced Hojicha Latte

- 1 tsp hojicha powder, about 2g
- 60 ml / 2 oz hot water, about 90°C / 194°F
- 150–200 ml / 5–7 oz cold milk
- Ice cubes

- Add hot water and whisk or shake until smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour cold milk over the ice.
