FAQ
How long do they last?
Stored in the fridge, they last 5–7 days. You can also freeze them for up to 1 month.
Which matcha is best?
Choose a good-quality culinary or latte grade matcha. Ceremonial is excellent but more delicate and costly for energy snacks.
Do I need a food processor?
Yes, it helps to break down nuts and dates. A strong blender also works if pulsed carefully.
