Refund & Return Policy (International Orders)
Please contact us within 14 days after delivery.
❌ No returns are accepted for food products (e.g., Matcha powder, Hojicha powder, sweets).
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Item lost by the shipping carrier
- Wrong item delivered (we may ask for photos as proof)
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- If the product quality does not meet your personal expectations
- Delays caused by international shipping or customs clearance
(International shipping may be delayed due to transit conditions or customs inspections. Thank you for your understanding.) - If you refuse or fail to pay customs duties
(Customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. If refused, refunds cannot be issued. For U.S. customers, duties are already included at the time of purchase.) - Minor scratches or dents on outer packaging or tins
(While we pack carefully, international shipping carriers may handle parcels roughly. Small cosmetic damage to the outer box or can will not qualify for a refund if the contents remain unaffected.) - Theft after delivery
(In some countries, unattended deliveries are standard. We cannot take responsibility for stolen items. Please contact your local police if theft occurs.)
