Ingredients

Steps

  1. Make matcha concentrate: In a small bowl, whisk sifted matcha with 60–90 ml (¼–⅓ cup) cold water until smooth and vivid.
  2. Mix lemonade base: In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  3. Combine: Add the matcha concentrate and remaining cold water (or sparkling). Stir gently to keep the foam.
  4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour over, and garnish with lemon slices if you like.
