How to Enjoy

For a very long time I have been trying to find a daily matcha under $15 that delivers and Kagura is just it! An excellent quality matcha in a very affordable price. I cannot recommend this product enough. It makes a great latte and can be very pleasantly enjoyed as an usucha with very minimal bitterness and no astrigency. It has a beautiful deep green colour. I don't have much experience with matchas, so I'm not sure how to describe this. Based on common notes ChatGPT came up with (LOL), it's maybe grassy/vegetal/earthy/creamy/little bit seaweedy? I've been using it in my matcha lattes and it tastes pretty good when sweetened (a little weird for me unsweetened). Wasn't too sure how it would taste because I've only seen reviews of the other popular brands, but I think this is worth a try! It tastes similar to MEIYO SHIZUOKA's AOBANE-NO-TUKI, but better value and slightly better imo.
