Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped directly from Japan. Available shipping methods and shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the cart based on your destination country and order weight.
Please review the shipping method and cost shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
1. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using the following international carriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Japan Post (EMS)
Available carriers depend on the destination country, shipment weight, and package size. Only the shipping options shown in the cart are available for that order.
Small Packet service is no longer available and is not used for any shipments.
2. Shipping Preparation Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1–4 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping schedules may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and operational conditions.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time varies significantly depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance processes, local regulations, and current international logistics conditions.
Because these factors change frequently and are outside our control, we do not specify exact delivery timeframes.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking availability and detail levels vary by country. In some countries, tracking may only be available up to a certain point during transit.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the destination country, shipping method, and total shipment weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed in the cart before checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of $5, regardless of weight. Orders over $50 qualify for free domestic shipping.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country and the customs regulations in effect at the time of import.
These regulations may change without notice, and any applicable duties, taxes, or customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all customs procedures, payments, and compliance with local import regulations.
If a shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges or import restrictions, no refund will be issued.
