Millstones

Matcha superfood

Matcha is a Japanese superfood.
Tea is rich in antioxidants, catechins that suppress sugar absorption and promote fat burning, and tannins that suppress and decompose fat absorption. In addition, chlorophyll helps excrete unnecessary cholesterol, and vitamin C works together with catechin to suppress melanin pigment. Matcha is made from the whole tea leaves, so you can take in all the rich nutrients contained in the leaves.

Unbelievably good!

I have tried about five different tea makers across maybe nine different types of Marcha and so far Ike-no-Shiro is my favorite. There is almost no bitterness or astringency served as Usucha. It's my go to matcha now ever since I got it. Will be a staple item in my house!

Great Matcha Powder

Nice vibrant green powder. If you like matcha with a roasted taste then this powder is for you. No astringency or bitterness. Tastes almost similar to Seihou but cheaper .

Roasted and Nutty Matcha

One of my favorite matchas so far! It has roasted and nutty notes that most matches Ive tried don't have. Similar to hojicha but retains that matcha taste. No bitterness at all.
