How you’ll receive the coupon

  • After submitting your review, you may receive a review confirmation email. Please confirm to complete your review.
  • Once your review is confirmed, we will email your coupon to the address used for your order.
  • Photo reviews receive 6% OFF. Reviews without photos receive 5% OFF.
  • Typical delivery time: within 1–3 days.

How to write a product review

From the review request email (recommended)

If you received our review request email, simply tap a star and submit your review. It only takes about a minute.

From the product page

Open the product you purchased, scroll to the Reviews section, and click “Write a review”.

(This ensures your review is submitted as a product review, not a store review.)

Add a photo (optional, +1% bonus)

Adding a photo helps other customers better understand the product. As a thank you, photo reviews receive a 6% OFF coupon.

If you cannot find your order in your account, you can still review from the product page you purchased from.

FAQ

I didn’t receive a review request email.
Please check your spam/junk folder. Review requests may be sent after delivery or fulfillment. You can also leave a review directly from the product page.
I submitted a review, but it’s not visible yet.
You may need to confirm your review via the confirmation email. If moderation is enabled, reviews may take some time to appear.
I accidentally wrote a store review. What should I do?
Store reviews cannot be automatically moved into product reviews. If possible, please leave a new review on the product page you purchased. If you need help, contact us at info@matchajp.net.
I don’t see the coupon email.
Coupons are usually sent within 1–3 days after your review is confirmed. If you do not receive it, please contact us at info@matchajp.net.
Can I write a review in my language?
Yes, reviews in any language are welcome.

Reviews that may not be published

To keep our reviews helpful, fair, and relevant for all customers, certain submissions may not be published.
